About usage fees

Are there any initial setup fees or additional charges?

No. There are no additional fees unless you order additional options. You will only be charged the usage-based ticketing and transaction fees.
When will the proceeds be paid to the organizers?

We will settle your payment at the end of the month during the reservation period, without waiting until the end of the event, and will settle your payment at the end of the following month.
Where do I register the account to receive sales?

Please enter your bank account information in the "Transfer Account Information" field. After logging in to your account, you can enter your bank account information in the "Administrator Information" section of the "Account Information" screen in the upper right corner.
How do I pay ticketing fees for free events?

We will send a PDF invoice to the registered administrator's email address. The invoice will be closed at the end of the month the event ends, and payment will be made at the end of the following month.
Does this mean that there is no charge for all childcare and education-related free events?

Yes, you can use everything for free. If the event's purpose or participants include the organizer, please check the box on the free ticket settings screen. Please be aware that we may request materials at a later date.

Can you stream videos?

You can make reservations for online distribution. If it is free, you can manage viewers by linking with distribution services such as YouTube.
For a fee, we can provide you with a distribution server that provides copyright protection.
To end your reservation request?

1、 You can change the reservation period on the management screen.
2、 You can hide the application form by clicking the "Cancel event" button on the event information screen.
I would like to invite some people without making a reservation.?

The organizer will use their own email address on the application form to receive the electronic tickets and forward them to the invitees.
When will the e-ticket be delivered to the applicant?

1、 Automatic ticket issuance: After the applicant submits the reservation form, an e-ticket will be automatically sent to the applicant by email.
2、 Manual ticket issuing: After submitting the reservation form, an "Application Confirmation" email will be sent. Tickets will be sent in the "Application Completion" email after the applicant completes the application via the "Winner" email.
How do you handle VIP?

You will be displayed as a VIP on the list. When you register, you will be notified by email and will be highlighted on the reception app screen.

1、 Mark as VIP: Handling VIP actions for the reservation in your host account.
Click on VIP for the relevant person from the "Event List" > "Applicant List" list.
2、 At check-in: Once the electronic ticket is scanned, an email will be sent to those who have pre-registered to notify them that their ticket has been accepted.
How to test ticketing and reception?

Fill out and submit the reservation application form → Receive the electronic ticket → Set the app launch time with the organizer's account on your PC → Accept the ticket on your smartphone. The date and time of acceptance will be recorded in the list.

Can I cancel a reservation that has already been cancelled??

Yes. The cancellation process only requires you to enter the date and time. After the cancellation process, you can still make the same changes to your account or app as before the cancellation.

I haven't received the application completion email (ticket).

1、 If you are using a free email address or a mobile phone address, you may not receive the application completion email. Before applying, please check your settings such as [Spam mail settings], [Rejection settings], and [Specified domain reception settings] to ensure that you can receive emails from the domain name [flippa.jp].

2、 If the email address is incorrect, the email will be bounced and marked as [Not Delivered] on the management screen. The location is the management screen → Applicant list → Application completion email.
Can I cancel payment after applying?

The system does not support cancellations after payment has been completed. This also applies to cancellations of events due to reasons of the organizer.

The proceeds from the sale will be transferred to the organizer's account at the end of the following month, minus a 4% settlement fee and a 110 yen (tax included) ticket issuing fee. The organizer will decide how to handle the applicant.

If you can't read the QR code?

I scan it but there is no response.
1、Please check if your connection is to the cloud.
2、Try it on another smartphone.
3、Search for and accept the customer's name from the app.
4、Display the list of reservations from the app and accept them.
5、The reception is completed by taking a photo of the customer's QR code.
*The shared WIFI at the event venue may experience communication problems due to congestion. Please switch to mobile data or bring your own WIFI router.
When the app doesn't start?

1、Please check if the "Reception App Launch Date and Time Setting" is configured. The setting can be found in the organizer account under Event List > Individual Event > "Reception App Launch Date and Time Setting". (The event will only be displayed in the app during the specified date and time.)
2、Admission processing can be performed from the "Applicant List" on the management screen by visual confirmation,、
If you enter the information at a later date, the person in question can be identified by the ticket number in the red box below, so please make a note of the number.
What to do if you forget your e-ticket?

2、Display the list of reservations from the app and accept them.
Can I process re-entry?

You can rescan your e-ticket or click the 'Receive' button again from the list. The reception time will be added each time
