These terms and conditions apply to both those who make reservations and those who attend, and must be observed when making transactions.

We do not take any responsibility for the transaction. Therefore, if any trouble occurs during the transaction, it is up to the organizer and the person who made the reservation or the person who attended to resolve it.

(1) We do not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, reliability, legality, or non-infringement of third-party rights regarding transaction details with registrants or attendees, reservation information, ticket information, or the handling of personal information by organizers.
(2) We shall not be liable for any damages arising from system interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss, or unauthorized data access due to communication line or computer failures.
(3) We do not guarantee that emails or content sent from our web pages, servers, or domains are free from computer viruses or other harmful elements.
(4) We shall not be liable for any damages arising from registrants or attendees violating these terms and conditions.

The following actions are prohibited for registrants or attendees when using this service:
(1) Violating laws, these terms, or other related regulations;
(2) Infringing on the rights, interests, or reputation of our company, organizers, or third parties;
(3) Engaging in activities that may negatively impact the mental or physical well-being of minors or violate public order and morals;
(4) Disturbing, annoying, or causing discomfort to other users, registrants, attendees, or third parties;
(5) Entering false information;
(6) Sending or posting harmful computer programs, emails, etc.;
(7) Illegally accessing our servers or other computer systems;
(8) Lending, transferring, or sharing electronic tickets with unauthorized third parties;
(9) Directly or indirectly inducing or facilitating any of the above actions;
(10) Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our company.

We promise to handle the personal information of applicants and visitors appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy. Please see the relevant page for the privacy policy.

In order to ensure that the service can always be used in good condition, our company reserves the right to take necessary measures, such as suspending or halting provision of all or part of the service, without prior notice, in cases where we conduct regular or emergency system maintenance, where the system becomes overloaded, where we determine that operation of the service is being hindered, where it becomes necessary to ensure the security of users, or where we otherwise deem it necessary. In such cases, our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the organizer or users.

If we determine that a registrant or attendee falls under any of the following cases, we may suspend service use, modify ticket information, or cancel the application or admission qualification. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result.
(1) If the user has committed an act that violates laws or these terms;
(2) If the user has engaged in fraudulent activities related to service use;
(3) If necessary to ensure the security of the user;
(4) Any other case deemed appropriate by us.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue all or part of this service at our discretion.

The contents of these terms and conditions may be changed at our discretion without notice to the organizer. Each time you use this service, you are required to confirm and accept the contents of these terms and conditions.

(1) We are completely separate from organized crime groups, companies, organizations related to such groups, or any other antisocial forces (hereinafter referred to as "antisocial forces"), as well as their members and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "antisocial members"). We do not allow antisocial forces or antisocial members to use this page. Therefore, users must declare and guarantee that they are not antisocial forces or antisocial members before using this service.
(2) If we determine that a user is an antisocial force or antisocial member, we will take preventive measures such as account deletion and cancellation of reservations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event of any litigation arising from these Terms and Conditions, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

If the credit card payment cannot be completed by each credit card company, we will not be able to accept your reservation application.

For convenience store payments, the ticket sales contract is concluded upon completion of payment. If payment of the price, etc. is not confirmed by the specified date, the tickets cannot be sold.

(1) Even during the reservation or sales period, individual reservations or sales will end once the stock quantity set by the organizer is reached.
(2) Reservations or sales may be terminated without prior notice due to circumstances of our company or the organizer. In this case, we shall not be held responsible in any way.

After payment is completed, we will send you an email to confirm the details. The reservation will be considered confirmed when the email notification reaches the server that manages the email address of the person who made the reservation and entered it at the time of application. However, if there is any problem with the application details of the person who made the reservation, such as a false email address entered in the order form at the time of application, an incorrect entry or omission, or illegible garbled characters, we may not be able to reply to the email. Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible for cases in which the application is not completed due to communication errors or improper operation at the time of application, or for non-delivery, misdelivery, or late delivery of emails.

Once payment has been completed, we will not accept any changes or cancellations to the content. However, this does not apply to free events.

(1) Unless specially approved by the organizer, the resale of this ticket is prohibited. Reselling products purchased through this service for profit, as well as entrusting third parties to resell them, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, listing tickets in auctions or online auctions is also forbidden.
(2) If the above provision is violated, the organizer may, at their discretion, invalidate purchased tickets, refuse refunds, and deny entry. If the person has already entered, they may be asked to leave. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any issues related to tickets purchased from sources other than directly from us, such as "ticket shops," "purchase agents," or "scalpers."
