The smartphone used for reception must have a dedicated QR reader app installed. The organizer will provide you with a link to a free download site from their account.
If the QR code is scanned with a QR reader other than this app, the reception process will not function. You must use the dedicated app to receive your call. The app will only work within the pre-set usage period, so you can use it safely even if the smartphone you use to receive your call is a personal one.
